During Phase 1 operations, Northwest Georgia Private Care LLC acts solely as a referral and placement service connecting clients with independent caregivers.
Caregivers referred through Northwest Georgia Private Care LLC are independent contractors and are not employees of Northwest Georgia Private Care LLC.
Clients contract directly with caregivers for services rendered.
4. No Client Relationship Created
Submitting a contact form, sending an email, or requesting a consultation through this Site does not create a client relationship.
A formal relationship is established only through a separate written agreement signed by the parties.
